Large and comfortable Classic double room is located in the casina di Summa, an ancient 18 th century agricultural , transformed over the years by the owners into a comfortable and refined summer residence central body of belvedere estate with the entrance shared with the owners. bright and furnished with attention to details, it has direct overlook on the lush garden, air conditioning, tv, fridge free wifi and a spacious bathroom with shower.

- The reception is open from 9.30 to 12.30 and from 16.30 to 19.30.
- Wi-Fi only in the reception area which covers the entire width of the estate.
- Check-in from 16.00 to 20.00. Early check-in has an additional cost of €20.
- Check-out by 10.00 am.
- Late check-in: check-in is possible between 8pm and midnight at an additional cost of €50 and between midnight and 2am at an additional cost of €100; late check-in must be communicated at least 24 hours in advance.
- Late check-out: check-out is possible between 10.00 and 11.00 at an additional cost of €20. Check-out after 11.00 is possible by paying a cost equal to 50% of the daily rate.
- Free unattended parking inside the estate.
- Luggage storage in the reception.
- Shuttle to Brindisi or Bari airport or Lecce train station for a fee on request to be booked well in advance.
- Paid "ape" buggy service for excursions or city tours.
- Agreement with the La Castellana lido with 10% discount.
- Agreement with the White restaurant on the seafront with 10% discount.
- Agreement with the Fimmine restaurant in Masseria Montelauro with 10% discount.
- The following terms and conditions will be deemed to have been viewed and accepted upon confirmation of the booking.
- Non-refundable rate: to confirm the booking, the balance of the entire stay is required to be paid within 48 hours of booking, under penalty of cancellation of the booking itself. In case of cancellation or no-show, no refund will be given.
- Standard rate: Cancellation is free until the 15th day before arrival, from the 14th day the rate is no longer refundable and the balance must be paid by that date of the amount of the stay.
- Children from 0 to 2 years stay free if they sleep with their parents.

- The return of the clean kitchen (without dishes to wash) is mandatory. Supplement alternatively €30.
- Daily room cleaning is already included in the price.
- It is possible, upon reservation, to request the tidying of the room which will have a cost of € 24 per hour (two people); the request must be made the day before directly at the reception. Saturdays and Sundays are excluded.
